The next day, Naruto was out in the training grounds doing his thing as always. Sakura was at the flower shop helping ino. And the others were doing whatever. However sasuke stayed home, in the living room, sitting on the couch, staring at the floor thinking a long thought while the house was quiet.

‘I’m not getting stronger from living here, I have to leave, but Naruto has to stay here, and I don’t want to break his heart. Sigh what should I do’ he messed with his hair as he thought when a knock came from the door. Sasuke went over to see who it was. Kakashi was standing there with a paper in his hand.

“here sasuke, this ones for you, I got Naruto and sakura theirs. Please read it and have a decision by tomorrow” and with that he left.
Sasuke looked at the paper and read it.

Sasuke Uchiha,
You have been accepted to take the chunin exams. This is an exam that will get you to a higher level on becoming a stronger ninja. Please come to the ninja academy building room 303 by Sunday at 2:00 p.m . bring all your ninja gear and everything you will need. Including scrolls and etc. we wish for you to be there.

After sasuke got done reading it, he putted it in his pocket and scheduled it on the calendar. ‘be there by Sunday eh…that’s in 3 days, better get ready for it’ sasuke thought as he went out the door.

Sasuke walked down the streets with his hands in his pockets. He was heading to the food shack for something to eat so he can go learn a new jutsu. He got there and had some catfish and a glass of milk with a salad. He paid for his money and started heading for the mountain range past the forest. Kakashi was standing there reading his book as always with a new person by. Sasuke walked up to them. “so what’s the new thing this time?” he asked in his regular voice. Kakashi putted his book away.

“this here is ryoku, he is an old student of mine back then, he will be helping with us today” he said as he went his attention to ryoku.
“pleasure to meet you sasuke,” ryoku said as he bowed with a smirk.

“hn, whatever lets get this over with so I can go on my own for a while,” sasuke said as he walked towards them.

5 kunais were on one tree, 10 on the others, 3 shuriken on the rock in the middle, and some burn marks from fire bombs. Naruto sat on the grass panting and sweating from what he’s been doing. 8/10 targets were hit bulls eye. He smirked and laid down. After a few deep breaths he fell fast asleep for the rest of the day.

The day passed by fast, the sun came down and the sky turned purple. Night was starting to appear and everyone started settle in. sasuke was sweating a lot and exhausted from today. ‘omg that guy is hard!’ he thought as he walked slowly down the streets. As he came upon the training grounds, he saw Naruto still asleep like a baby curled up. He sighed and picked him up bridal style. Naruto curled up more in his arms and moaned a bit. Sasuke had a slight blush and walked home with Naruto.

There were 7 ninja in the forest watching them with an evil chuckle.
“this is gonna be fun won’t it?” one of them said with a smile.
“ahh yes, what a pleasant thing to do for the bloodshed” another said with a chuckle.
“you all know the plan right?” the main asked as he stood.
They all nodded and disappeared.
